This is the video from Jamz and the team preforming is Cali Aces. Two girls got into a bad tumbling crash. Both of them cracked their heads open, one fainted, one kept going. Bruised ribs, a torn ACL, and blood stained uniforms. These girls are so incredibly strong and could use your prayers!

one thing you can do is curl your toes so its kind of like a fist but with your toes… Squeeze your knees, thighs, and butt one last thing DO NOT EVER LOOK DOWN !
